Marine Shore Power Supply Systems Built for Extreme Port Environments

AURALIS shore power supply systems are marine frequency converter shore power solutions engineered specifically for the demanding electrical load characteristics of vessels at berth, and for the high-temperature, high-humidity, highly corrosive port environment.

Fully compliant with China Classification Society (CCS) marine product certification standard JTS-155-2019, our shore power systems are built for shipyards, offshore drilling platforms, port terminals and shore power infrastructure projects — available in two voltage classes to match your site's existing electrical infrastructure.

Low Voltage vs. High Voltage Shore Power — What's the Difference?

Both series are CCS certified and built on the same engineering platform — the deciding factor is your site's available input supply and vessel power demand.

Low Voltage (LVSC / AC60) High Voltage (HVSC / GYBP60)
Input supply Standard 380V three-phase — the same supply already at most terminals 3–10kV medium-voltage, fed directly from a port substation
Power range 400kVA – 5,000kVA 1,250kVA – 10,000kVA
Typical vessels Container ships, ferries, RoRo, mid-size bulk carriers Cruise ships, ultra-large container vessels (ULCVs), large bulk carriers
Infrastructure needed None — connects directly to existing 380V supply Requires (or planned) medium-voltage substation feed
International standard IEC/IEEE 80005-3 (LVSC) IEC/IEEE 80005-1 (HVSC)
Best for Container terminals, mid-size port berths, ferry terminals, shipyards Cruise terminals, large port infrastructure, offshore drilling platforms

Need a 5,000kVA system specifically? That's the top of the AC60 low voltage range, and it overlaps with the entry end of the GYBP60 high voltage range (from 1,250kVA) — the deciding factor at that overlap is simply whether your site has 380V or 3–10kV input available.
