BNSA Series
Industrial DC–AC Inverters
Convert battery DC power into stable three-phase AC — no PV, no grid-tie, pure industrial power conversion. 5kVA to 2,000kVA, single-phase & three-phase.

Standalone Industrial Power Conversion for Sites Without Reliable Grid Access
Remote facilities, microgrid sites, telecom base stations and industrial loads often have a DC power source — a battery bank or DC bus — but no way to run standard AC equipment from it independent of the utility grid. The BNSA series solves exactly this: a standalone DC-to-AC inverter that delivers clean, stable, regulated power for AC loads. Available in single-phase (BNSA-KD, 5–60kVA) for home and small business scale, and three-phase (BNSA-KS, 30–2,000kVA) for commercial and industrial scale — both series share the same pure sine-wave output, precision voltage/frequency stability, and remote monitoring capability.

BNSA Industrial DC-AC Inverter — Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from system integrators and EPC contractors evaluating the BNSA-KD and BNSA-KS series.
Is BNSA a solar inverter or hybrid inverter?
No. BNSA has no PV input, no MPPT, and no grid-tie switching logic. It's a pure industrial DC-to-AC power conversion device — it converts battery or DC-bus power into stable, regulated AC output, independent of solar generation or grid-tie mode switching.
Should I choose BNSA-KD or BNSA-KS?
BNSA-KD (5–60kVA, single-phase) is for home and small business scale, pairing with home battery storage. BNSA-KS (30–2,000kVA, three-phase) is for commercial and industrial scale, pairing with C&I storage, microgrids and telecom sites. Contact our engineering team if you're not sure which fits your project.
What DC input sources does BNSA accept?
BNSA accepts a battery bank or DC bus as its input source. BNSA-KD accepts DC 220V or 380V; BNSA-KS accepts DC 220V, 380V, 480V or 750V depending on the model, matching your existing battery or DC-bus voltage.
Can BNSA handle motor startup surges?
Yes. Both series carry 110% continuous overload capacity and 120% overload for 1 minute, enough to absorb typical motor startup surges without shutdown.
Can BNSA units be monitored remotely at unattended sites?
Yes. RS485 is the standard communication protocol on both series, with optional RS232/Ethernet connectivity for remote monitoring of unattended remote or telecom sites.
Is OEM/ODM customization available?
Yes. Factory-direct manufacturing with OEM/ODM customization is available for system integrators and EPC contractors.
What's the typical lead time for a BNSA order?
Lead time depends on series, power rating and configuration. Contact our engineering team via the quote form below or WhatsApp for a project-specific lead time and quotation.
